  • Among all visits to wineries that I made so far, 6/7 ca, I must say that this is the best. The winemaking facilities are all new and very nice. Francesca made us tour the winery from family history Saffirio, explanations were also clear and comprehensive and integrated by the father of Sara, the current owner. The tasting was held in a beautiful lounge with tables laid out carefully. Excellent wines that have been proposed, Rossese, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Barolo and a surprising Muscat, I dislike any Muscat, but what they produce them has a hint of peach and honey which makes it very appealing. The tasting was accompanied by excellent cheeses. But the production is not limited to the production of wine but, thanks to the stubbornness of the father of Sara, they managed to produce an excellent olive oil with a delicate taste. We add the excellent honey, body cream and candle profumat in Barolo wine packaged in a glass obtained from recycled bottles. It was also much appreciated friendliness of Francesca who gave us an excellent treatment. Only regret, I couldn't taste the bubbles Rosé that I produce in limited quantities destined for restaurants and for export.

  • We went to this Winery with a Groupon coupon and I must say it was really a great experience despite the much work during the truffle fair in Alba. Excellent wines and beautiful Winery, all very well explained by the talented and sympathetic Francesca. When you do your job with passion you see:) results

  • We purchased a coupon for visiting cellars and tasting, and we agree to when to go. We are welcomed by a girl who makes us go the whole cellar. Prepared and sympathetic explains everything about wine and how to produce them in the cellar. Then we go to the tasting: we did sample the Rossese, Barbera, Barolo, Nebbiolo and Moscato D'Asti. All accompanied by a plate of cheese and meats. I recommend it to everyone, enjoyable and interesting location, excellent wines!
