  • I bought a coupon for tasting for 2 I didn't expect all this!! Immediately I was enchanted by the size, cleanliness and order of the winery ... then the competence, professionalism and cordiality of Francesca! We led with perfection and involvement through all processes ... She also instilled admiration and curiosity to know Sara! The tasting room well taken care of, with period pieces, is an invitation to conviviality. For me the great discovery Rossese bianco! Yummy!! Not to mention the oil, which of course I bought it!! I'll be back!!! Congratulations to all!!

  • I could just write that arrived with appointment, we entertained in this small company the beauty of almost three hours between tour and tasting. Range of wines minor annoyance, but of a high standard, very low usage of barrels and well balanced wines. Affordable, modern cellar and well taken care of. A special praise to young and capable Francesca, who, with kindness and patience, explained in detail the philosophy of the winery and the characteristics of the products. Well done!

  • We were at la cantina Josetta Saffirio with a coupon for a winery tour and tasting. The welcome was great, the tour is well arranged and nicely accompanied by Francesca, nice girl and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions. Wine tasting I found it well structured, with a final crackling with Barolo Barolo riserva. I say two words on other products tasted. Excellent oil produced and with pleasant scents. Good also the honey and sausages. If I do a little note I do on cheese, which I personally found them not up to par. Not from a standpoint of personal taste, which is always subjective, but from a standpoint of sensory richness. But considering everything else, let's say it's forgivable. Congratulations for the work done.
