  • It is a destination that is always in my heart. A short distance from Turin a phenomenal landscape. Wild, windswept. Ideal to breathe clean air, walks, discover the remains of fortification and pedaling.

  • I walk the road that runs along the Lake at least 20 times a year, and every time I slow down to appreciate the spectacle that offers anyone steps from there. With mount often covered with snow above it, with the blue sky that just at that altitude can be reflected in big Lake cannot be enchanted. in a State of almost 3 km stretch of road can be found a lot of notches to stop and photograph this spectacle, as tourists from all over Europe they do every summer. The only drawback (if we wanted to call it) is that you can admire it in a shrunken State, which makes up the border between France and Italy as well as between Modane and Susa, is only open from early May to late October, because of snow. And I dare not think about his superb showmanship that has frozen in winter when it is entirely. Worth the money get stretched a couple of hours from Torino to return home with the sweet in the mouth.

  • Extraordinary landscapes and walk and clean air and terse, following trails to the summits of the mountains around the Lake blue and calm, enveloping nature, few trees but the meadows as far as the eye teeming with eyes that from afar they control your movements, ... the marmots! and many ...! Harmony of nature, cows and foxes, expanses of blueberries, fresh water streams, rugged peaks and meadows as far as the eye ... from here is past Hannibal with his elephants but we in France, former Italy ... halfway between Susa and Briancon. Worth a trip
