  • The Lake is fantastic, very large and surrounded by mountains, an intense blue. Is already in France, the road skirts the Lake from above, in order to approach you should take one of the detours that lead down to the Lake. If you continue before heading down the other side of the Hill on the right, on a hill there is a cross that can be reached on foot. From here there is a beautiful view to the Lake and the mountains around.

  • It is a destination that is always in my heart. A short distance from Turin a phenomenal landscape. Wild, windswept. Ideal to breathe clean air, walks, discover the remains of fortification and pedaling.

  • I walk the road that runs along the Lake at least 20 times a year, and every time I slow down to appreciate the spectacle that offers anyone steps from there. With mount often covered with snow above it, with the blue sky that just at that altitude can be reflected in big Lake cannot be enchanted. in a State of almost 3 km stretch of road can be found a lot of notches to stop and photograph this spectacle, as tourists from all over Europe they do every summer. The only drawback (if we wanted to call it) is that you can admire it in a shrunken State, which makes up the border between France and Italy as well as between Modane and Susa, is only open from early May to late October, because of snow. And I dare not think about his superb showmanship that has frozen in winter when it is entirely. Worth the money get stretched a couple of hours from Torino to return home with the sweet in the mouth.
