  • Is the highest architectural complex of the genus 1,000 m altitude arose about a century BC the semicircle of seats still well preserved and has a special feature, in fact the first three rows have a back that could be called, the other two files without. Is local and grey stone, by features reminiscent of Hellenistic theaters. In the middle of summer is still used for plays, but, given the altitude, only for a short period, usually mid-July early August.

  • The focal point in the archaeological site of Pietrabbondante. ... is the theatre. From the Amphitheater seats undergone hits that are ergonomic, in stone. And you imagine it was a moving part when there were events.

  • The ancients knew choose!!! Go to this place is a must try. A dip in antiquity, but surrounded by nature. Boundless landscape. Ergonomic benches are a summary of everything. Not to be missed. The return to the parking lot is a bit tiring, but worth it. Staff very approachable.
