  • This private museum is one of the best and most complete in Sicily, surely deserves a better stage, maybe in the historical centre of Modica! call the owners to contact the city and organize the Museum in the manner it deserves.

  • We found this museum on the internet. It's a nice collection made in 30 years by 2 amateurs of memorabilia, uniforms, weapons and small means of 1942-43 on German and Italian Allied troops operating in Sicily during those years. The collection is very large and organized with attention to detail. The visit is very nice for the kids because there are models, legends, special items and the leadership of Mr. Antonino is very compelling. It is a destination not to be missed for lovers but also for those who want to know the Italy of those days. Mr. Antonino besides giving us an appointment-the Museum is handled in private spaces and open only on request-spent almost 2 hours of his time, has left us a rich documentation for my 8 years old, and did not want a penny. This is the Italy that we like and we would like to see aided by institutions. Paul Mora and family
