  • Visit to two, reserved by mail a week before, where it guarantees us a welcome in french. A big thanks to Davide to this passionate and exciting journey in his house. Learn how to at the outset that the balsamic vinegar "tradizionnelle" of Modena (in a perfect french, with this sublime accent) has nothing to do with what you put in your salad. As its method of production, I leave you the surprise, it left me stunned. Some barrels have more than 600 years. In short, a good time at the end of which you can taste different products, including a "seasoned" milk flower ice. All this gracefully, and when you want to buy what bring these incredible flavors at home, we'll tell you very naturally there is no obligation (in view of production annual, small-scale, with 80% going to export, that's understandable). Essential if you're in the area.

  • Davide is very friendly and passionate about TRADITIONAL balsamic vinegar, which has been his family business for generations. Interesting free tour. If you think you know balsamic vinegar, think again until you're done this tour. Some authentic vinegars available for purchase afterwards, but no pressure at all. All in all a must visit!
  • The tour and tasting was definitely worth the trip from Balogna. The staff was very accommodating and got to try balsamic vinegars agreed up to 25 years. The tour was free but the balsamic vinegar was worth buying.
  • wonderful place manufactiuring real Modena Balsamic viniger with nice people whom took us around and are in no hurry with the explanation (English) and tasting. Well done
  • Nice explanations, enjoyable tasting. Wish we could see the actual manufacturing process. The products from the store are fantastic.
  • Authentic Balsamic Vineyard run by a small family with many years of tradition behind itself. Guided tours are available as well as to buy some balsamico for yourself ranging from 10 to 100 years.
