  • Museum to visit for visitors like us for the first time. So many things to see, recommended. A stage full of art and culture

  • After the recent restyling of the main entrance to this small museum, definitely bought in terms of visibility. Go and visit with the combined ticket unesco only 6 euros. Obligatory see it because it completes the visit to the Cathedral. Enjoy original metopes of Wiligelmus here kept for obvious reasons of preservation. To see if you are tourists.

  • The Museum consists of a small lapidarium situated on the ground floor and another small museum upstairs. The wonderful metopes and the valuable artifacts of the lapidarium already are worth the visit. Also of interest is the upper floor with beautiful manuscripts and a facsimile of the famous signature of Charlemagne. Very nice lady at the entrance. Convenient combination ticket for only 6 euros with which you can visit the Cathedral and the ghirlandina, village halls and municipal vinegar works.
