You can see mostly paintings by various masters, including Tura, Cima da Conegliano, Correggio, Paolo Veronese, Tintoretto, Carracci, Velazques, Guido Reni, but also sculptures, such as Bernini's bust of Francesco i d'Este, bronzes, ceramics, ivories. We were especially fascinated by pottery by Begarelli, author of a beautiful Madonna del Latte and the musical instruments such as the harp, commissioned in 1581 by Duke Alfonso ii. Among the paintings they hit a picture of Cignani, Flora, a portable altar, an early work of El Greco, and Mars Venus and Cupid by 1634 Guercino commissioned by Duke Francesco i d'Este. A very interesting path in the world of painting, with large openings in the Italian and European markets. To visit absolutely!show original
