  • Just done the tour and taste at this beautiful location. The guide spoke perfect english and explained the process beautifully. We left with 2 bags of vinegar... ever tried balsamic on ice cream??? Amazing. Would definitely recommend. A must stop! And dont worry about not booking too far in advance i only booked it the day before... very accommodating
  • Such an art of creation. Top quality balsamico needs a century to age. The staff is patience and fluent in English, well equipped with knowledge of balsamic. They will walk you through the difference types of products and explain the food pairing. Personally, i dint know the product is so diverse that it can pair with cheese and ice cream. Its a journey that broaden my horizons.
  • The tour was nicely provided by a member of the staff. The Balsamico is the best we have had in the area. You can make a reservation for a free tour online. This is our spot to take family and friends when they visit. The grounds have a shop where you buy those wonderful products after the tour. You will love it.
  • This is a small acetaia, family owned and run. The tour guide, Nicolina, was lovely and informative. We loved the different varieties and tastes they offered.
