  • I was astonished. The booking of guided tour, made by telephone, was very smooth and I found a great willingness on the part of the staff. The visit was very interesting and detailed, the history of vinegar factory is quite remarkable (dates back to 1605) and I enjoyed a lot the chance to smell the vinegar inside the casks and to taste the different types of product. I was very pleased! The visit also is free and takes about 1 hour; It's a great way to spend an afternoon different, to discover the excellence of our territory.

  • Totally ignorant on the process of preparation of balsamic vinegar, this tour has fascinated me. Impressive to see the barrels of vinegar over 300 years! Tasting following the visit has been a revelation. I didn't think that this product could be as varied and tasty! Of course the quality has a price, but there is something for every budget since 'young' Vinegars (12 mini when same...) to the venerable over 100 years!

  • Fully satisfactory, whether the visit that the tasting. The Guide has been helpful and prepared. An experience that I recommend to anyone passing by. Possibility to buy different kinds of balsamic vinegar at the end of the tour.
