  • Visit with tour group. Greeted very well from the first moment, thanks to the professionalism and courtesy of staff. Driven into a journey through the history of vinegar factory, we discovered the production process of the family. Wine tasting route recommended for couples, families and friends.

  • The visit to the vinegar factory was a pleasure to 3 senses: sight smell and taste. A very nice girl she accoto and explained the production of PDO and PGI balsamic vinegars of the company telling us anecdotes; the visit ended with a taste of various products. A really cool experience. There is also the opportunity to purchase products on a budget really for all budgets.

  • Great information about the traditional methods to elaborate the different qualities of Aceto Balsamico de Modena. Beautiful location, amazing tour through the museum, interesting testing and a store with a wide range of products, from the most finest to very affordable.
  • Silvia is a great guide and told us the wonderful history of the company. Fantastic tasting of the different grade vinegar. Need a car to get here or 16 eur by taxi from modena station.
  • Great mini tour and learned so much about Vinegar than I could imagine. The tasting is fantastic!
  • I learnt a lot and appreciated balsamic vinegar now
  • Lots of history there and the guide was great in taking us through the processes. And you get a tasting at the end! Would recommend a visit.
