  • Prepare to have your balsamic vinegar life changed forever. They give an excellent free tour of their family run business that is over 100 years old and then the opportunity to sample then buy their family recipes. If you have been buying bottles of industrial grade balsamic vinegar your entire life, prepare to have your mind blown. This was an excellent experience and an excellent brand.
  • If ever in the area... A must try experience for food lovers... Authentic, family owned business with pride.
  • Real people who love what they do, welcoming you to their home where they have been perfecting the art of turning grape juice into this magical balsamo for more than 100 years. You can't miss it. Really.
  • Excellent experience! We got to learn about the process of making authentic balsamic vinegar of Modena, try many different types and even purchased some truly outstanding stuff for ourselves and a gift.
  • Loved this family run business. Not only can you buy the real balsamic vinegar here, but they also do a fantastic tour, giving visitors a detailed explanation of how it is produced.
