This church is rather plain on the interior, but it's dome soars high above and the side chapels are beautiful.
The church is calm and serene. The mosaic work exhibited is worth visiting and spending a few minutes for.
This church is most recognizable for its columns out in front. The columns seem to be a pretty popular location to meet friends. The church dates back to the fourth century. The church is free to enter. There are not too many painting inside the church. However, there is a small fee (maybe 3 euros) for entrance into the small side chapel which features mosaics.
Wonderful Ancient Roman Church :)
