  • .. don't take full advantage. Whenever around Europe I wonder how other cities manage to keep the parks clean and usable while in Milan this is hardly possible. Too bad because the Sempione Park has dimensions really interesting and notable works (I am thinking of the civic Aquarium, to the mysterious baths of De Chirico or Arco della Pace).

  • Just the far side of Castello Sforzesco. We visited on a sunny but cold Feb day. We stopped of at the cafe near the lake for a mid afternoon drinkie. Busker playing and ducks quacking... very relaxing...  more »
  • You can spend a morning or an afternoon. Quite well looked after, although more could be done. Don't limit yourself to the large flower beds next to the side of the Castello Sforzesco but go into the most hidden driveways

  • One of the largest parks in Milan and it's absolutely stunning! Quiet, intimate, relaxing, refreshing and super green. It has a huge pond in the middle, plenty of benches and green grass to sit on, lots of fresh air and simply peaceful. Don't miss our and don't skip. Appreciate little things about Milan!
  • A brilliant green area in the centre of Milan. Comfortable proximity to different attractions, and full of life. Peace and tranquility in a busy city.
  • Amazing park! After visiting Sforzesco Castle, have a coffee and walk around. Let the kids have fun safely.
  • Beautiful park. It's nice to relax and sit down on the grass. Maybe even have a picnic. Ignore people selling fake goods scattered throughout the park. Very interesting environment and nice place to relax.
  • Best park in the City, a 10 min walk to Duomo square. Events are organized almost every week, like running marathons, musical events, parties for children and more.
