  • Between via Montenapoleone and via della Spiga, this palazzo del 700 held as at the time, boasting fine paintings, especially of views and buildings of Milan over time. Are also exposed some furnishings, furniture ... in fact, some of the old apartments are gorgeous chandeliers, mirrors, tepezzerie and Princely States. I have hit the halls of Egypt and China. The building currently hosts two exhibitions "fashion": embroidery of light, with clothes and late eighteenth-century uniforms and outfits, latest, where sequins are legion, is the famous designer shoes Manolo Blanik ... fabulous shoes created for the Sofia Coppola film Marie Antoinette and others gravitate to fans, like me, of Sex and the city! I found the Museum staff a tad "rude" and Stern in manners

  • 18th century in Via s. Andrea (the way comes in Via Montenapoleone, in the city centre and the fashion district). Admission fee, but personally I am free admission as I had a ticket taken with points at Esselunga. The building houses a collection of paintings and prints that show urban transformation that Milan has undergone between 700 and 900. You can also visit the rooms of the apartment Morando, where show furniture, decorations, wallpapers, Egyptian artifacts, painted ceilings, all gorgeous and original. With the same ticket you also have access to exhibits that can be. Right now they are equipped: "Embroidery", use of sequins and spangles in fashion. Exposed clothes of different periods, but also one of horses and one Armani suit. In addition the exhibition dedicated to Manolo Blahnik, Spanish artist who created and creates wonderful, special and precious shoes, works of art, produced inter alia in the Milan hinterland. Who should pay the entrance fee costs 10.00 euro, will be rewarded by seeing a lot!

  • The coexistence of past and present, and therefore of the paintings and furniture of 17th-20th century Milanese and fanciful creations of Manolo Blahnik at first I was a bit confused: so as not to miss anything, I overlapped the two paths; then I got used to it and I actually enjoyed an exhibition with contemporary subject in theaters almost intact to this wonderful 16th century! The view is slightly Light embroidery apart, even on the same level: perhaps you could strengthen a bit signaling because, if you follow the "path-Manolo", you risk exceeding the incipit. Apart from this, we can see in fact three exhibitions with a single ticket to euro 10.00 is a great cultural incentive.

  • Surprisingly this was the only Fashion Museum in Milan. Although fairly small in comparison to other museum, it houses substantial collection of 10-20th century fashion pieces. I wish it had more of a diverse collection from modern designers, but it's worth a visit. If you're a student under the age of 25, you'll get a discount.
  • Great historic building, often with interesting expositions inside.
  • To see, beautiful, well maintained with permanent installation of paintings that depict characters and landscapes of the milanese

  • The beauty of its rooms with the clothes of the period in the middle of each Hall, great!
