  • I've been visiting this exhibition with a guided tour in the last week of opening, the exhibition is interesting but unfortunately no longer worked no device. The exhibition "Food: Science from seed to plate" analyzes then the theme of the senses, that affect our relationship with food to the point of allowing us to survive and enjoy the food (a potato chip is far more good if addentandola Sagar!). The exhibition finally analyzes the important topic of the science of cooking, explaining chemical transformations affecting the food during cooking and waterhole technological inventions that have marked the history of conservation and consumption of foods from the refrigerator to the pressure cooker.

  • We just visited the exhibition and we are just disappointed. Little interaction, and where was provided very minimal or ruined. Example: a chance to see the salt crystals by a fall, essences to guess almost vanished or non-existent, non-active cranks etc. dusty Surfaces, exposed oil with insects and larvae, cashier and a pelisse. High temperature disomogena and unpleasant. The curator of this exhibition would have to worry about more than ensuring good maintenance, the exhibition will end in four weeks and is not giustificabioe this trasandatezza. Ultimately, many with little potential could be best expressed (e.g. Science in the kitchen: Maillard effect, Pasteur, etc. only mentioned and not explained), especially in view of the EXPO.

  • The topics are very interesting, but I was expecting so much more: the arrangement is limited to 4 rooms is very limited interactivity, interactive panels also have lost some letters that were not replaced. We were very fortunate because there weren't many people at the show at that time, but we couldn't see much if there were spaces cause rather limited. The last room is quite dark and you can't read much. Bad bathrooms: dirty and with all the broken locks. Shame because the idea was really great.
