  • It was also created by a major Italian artist, certainly not very famous beyond the borders, as Minguzzi (creator among his most famous works of two churches, one for the duomo of Milan first and then to St Peter's basilica in Rome), but really this monument to the police is quite ugly, both to the chosen material in form , having limited to reproduce in large flame police hat. Not a great effort.

  • Monumento Ai Carabinieri-futuristic monument at Piata Diaz, established in memory of all those killed karabinerah of Italy. Monument resembles a flame that is represented on the icons of the Italian carabinieri. It is symbolic.

  • This work with clean lines, created 36 years ago by sculptor Luciano Minguzzi (1911-2004), still has a surprising strength and elegance. In perfect harmony with the green of the Memorial flowerbed is now one inseparable with the surrounding square. This morning, on the anniversary of the founding of the weapon, officers and police departments have commemorated the fallen posing a laurel wreath. For other descriptions I refer to my previous posts. (visited Saturday, June 18, 2016)
