  • A clever alternative to spend a nice afternoon with their kids ... you remain speechless also. Beautiful collections of insects, butterflies, seashells and reproductions of animals in their environment. Awesome Japan spider crab. On Friday afternoon from 14 is free.

  • Interesting museum but not as diverse as the natural history museums in Berlin, Paris or London.
  • Fairly large for the central area. The dinosaurs area is a bit underwhelming, but the other parts are quite interesting. Good value too!
  • It was interesting, my six year-old daughter enjoyed it quite a bit.
  • I'd say this is a fascinating place that you can see many interesting bio models like tigers, T-Rexs, sea turtles...etc. I spent almost 3.5 hours there. I didn't read all the introduction but I enjoyed to watch the structure of each bio model.
  • Makes kids feel very comfortable with animals. Too bad writings are all in italian

Where to stay in Milan

For a quintessential Milanese experience, stay in the bustling heart of the old town. This area offers easy foot access to most of Milan's main sites, as well as some of the city's finest restaurants, shops, and theaters. The central area is also quite crowded, and comfortable rooms in good hotels can be very expensive. Visitors traveling on a budget can choose from a range of top-notch B&Bs and family-operated hostels, which offer private parking and access to private outdoor space, minutes from Milan's main attractions.
