  • Living in the area I often go to this market on Saturday. Among the stalls of clothing and shoes you can find designer stuff at the lowest prices but also between the jaw can not do good business. More than adequate even fruit and vegetables, the prices are a bit high but there are stalls offering fresh quality products. If you are in the area you have to go

  • One Saturday morning I decide to visit this historic market with a friend. On the right the fruit and vegetable stalls are a riot of colors ... inviting, left the stalls of clothing and scarpe....si can make some real bargains. There are samples at a discounted price of both shoes to dress like all markets you have to go there every now and then and try your luck: size and number of shoes ... ... ... ... ... still worth a leap

  • A bustling colorful street market - be wary of pickpockets when it's crowded. Great fruit and veg stalls, some of which accept payment by credit or debit card and do home deliveries. Fish, cheese, flowers and more can be found here on Saturdays.
  • A long row of local products, food, clothes and everything se at decent proces.
  • We called into this little patisserie while in Turkey and it was recommended to me from our tour guide. Well what can I say it was definitely sugar overload but so worth the walk from the Hilton Bosporus. Some great restaurant around this area and I also did some shopping it is an up market area just need our hotel. I so wanted to try everything in the shop but I would have to live there to be able to do this as there was so much to choose from but I did buy quite a few and headed to the Starbucks café down the road and had a coffee and tried them all. Yum nothing like handmade/ homemade sweets.
  • This open market stretches for several hundred meters with dozens of vendors offering a wide range of products. I bought kitchen gadgets, men's socks, and some fruit during my visit. It attracts a wide variety of Milanese residents who can duck into the Esselunga supermarket for other shopping needs the market vendors can't meet. Great fun!
  • Have lot of fresh foods, supermarket and bargain clothes. Recommend.

Where to stay in Milan

For a quintessential Milanese experience, stay in the bustling heart of the old town. This area offers easy foot access to most of Milan's main sites, as well as some of the city's finest restaurants, shops, and theaters. The central area is also quite crowded, and comfortable rooms in good hotels can be very expensive.
