  • Crossing the square where is the beautiful Loggia I felt a sense of deep sadness: a city that highlights the most beautiful things you don't deserve it! Dirt under the tables ... horrible red-and-white striped sawhorses type yard ... not a light or a stand of Christmas. .. No sponsor ... How sad!

  • Milan cultural icons from the middle ages through the 17th century historic building, located in the Piazza dei Mercanti. At that time from the balcony of this corridor, laws and Court result was announced towards the citizens. Contains a Bank today. Montagu square had been used until 1583 public wells.

  • It is a beautiful building in front of the palazzo della Ragione, enclosed by two larger buildings: the neo-Gothic palazzo della banca Popolare di Lodi and Palatine schools. The lodge was part from the origins of the complex of buildings of piazza dei Mercanti that represented a real Citadel, Centre of city's public power from municipal age until the 18th century. The façade is open, with two superimposed loggias topped by five trefoils adorned with nine statues; from the small balcony said "talk" in the middle of the first floor, the magistrates announced to the townspeople edicts and judgments. At the center of the balcony, the bas-relief of an eagle holding a prey, symbol of Justice; on the sides there is a number of heraldic emblems and escutcheons Visconti. Trip Advisor's question: At this attraction can you eat it? I answered you-as you can see in my picture, beyond the neo-Gothic building that combines a Mc Donalds
