  • We visited the City Gallery at the first Sunday of the month (free admission). It amazed me how there was confusion or tail, although the entrance was free. In fact the ticket has a reasonable price, 5 € free entry every day an hour before closing and every Tuesday from 14.00 is located within the beautiful villa Reale (neoclassical style) that is in turn inside a beautiful park (which unfortunately we couldn't visit because it was pouring) the Villa you visit easily in a couple of hours if you don't dwell too much on the individual works , range from 800 to 900, little or nothing of contemporary. You can admire the works of Francesco Hayez, Paul Cezanne, Vincent van Gogh, Édouard Manet, Giacomo Balla, Paul Gauguin, Pablo Picasso, Amedeo Modigliani, etc among other works also has a bust of a vestal virgin (work of Canova) beautiful, despite the simplicity of the work. Very nice also the Achilles hurt and Cupid and psyche. As well as the sculpture of Paolo and Francesca by Puttinati that gives a sense of beautiful movement. Turn in stride and let yourself be kidnapped by the works that will draw more attention, not necessarily by those "famous" give cmq a look at their FB profile and IG. Respond quickly to requests.
