  • Anyone walking to Milan should devote a good deal of time visiting this House Museum. Found objects and furniture of the great writer, perfectly manicured. His bedroom, his studio are completely original. The staff is helpful and for a small fee you can visit almost any home. In parallel inside the Museum for years you can visit for free a magnificent display in theme of votive offerings in 4 rooms. Again the staff is wonderful. Highly competent and helpful. And the really touching and interesting paintings on display.

  • I visited la casa del Manzoni along with my daughter, impassioned of the betrothed, I greatly appreciated the place also for the presence of a private guide who explained a lot of things.

  • It was exciting to visit it, I adored Manzoni at school! Let me start by saying that I've been using a guide, and thanks to her I enjoyed so many anecdotes and explanations that I probably would have been foreclosed. If you are fond of the illustrious history of Milan and Milanese is a must.

  • Museum maintained and well preserved. Very friendly girls who assist in the halls. Great guides. A place to visit for all those are visiting Milan and for the Milanese which have not yet done so

  • Great experience, full of culture and life. Very nice, workmanlike manner and with great care. Wonderful people who work there, helpful and attentive and very prepared. I recommend it to everyone for an afternoon out who will be able to enrich.

  • In the historic centre, behind the Palazzo Marino, lies the elegant piazza Belgioioso. Among the historic buildings surrounding it, stands the House of Alessandro Manzoni, novelist best known for "I promessi sposi" that we all studied in school. Very nice brick façade which gives vitality to the whole square.

  • Visit it! After the new restoration is to enjoy ... Study and master bedroom are still intact, very modest entry price with student discounts. A memorial that pays tribute to the greatest among the Milanese in the best way

  • If you like Manzoni, qui ne lives on memory. The best thing is the writer's library and study.
