  • Although the library is temporarily closed since last fall the old agricultural complex that houses it is still a good destination for both admire the architecture, both to take advantage of the wide green area equipped surroundings. Historical evidence of first-rate la cascina is an excellent example of exploitation and reuse of a resource otherwise destined in all likelihood disappear and the fact that the reason for the temporary closure of the library are the work of redevelopment and retrofitting can only be comforting (even if the end of the work was scheduled for February 13 and instead today-exactly one month later--were still ongoing). For other known reference to my review of March 2016.

  • The library occupies the renovated agricultural barn of an ancient farmhouse located within a beautiful public park Hall, next to the equally (or more) old church of Santa Maria alla Fonte, also known as the Red Church, which gives its name to the whole area. Currently the library is closed for renovations inside and can be viewed only from the outside, but it is scheduled to reopen in this month of March. Well worth a visit.

  • The years pass but fortunately this was recovered by becoming a media library

  • I used to study here during my student days in Milan. The sounds of children playing in the park outside create a great warmth in the entire atmosphere of the library. This is definitely an all-season library. The café in the park is also beautiful. This place is truly a hidden gem in Milan.
  • Very nice architecture, All constructed in wood & glass. Can be loud at times if kids are playing outside in the park around the library. Other than that, good selection of books & movies. Wi-fi coverage & plugs available.
  • ATTENTION! Closed until MARCH 2018 for maintenance. From outside is beautiful too bad that I can't go there until next year. Patience ...

  • The Campbells is inserted inside a beautiful park, is very big as it is an old renovated farmhouse, I find it useful as one of the few if not the only librarian in area but very few of those who use the service make the first rule of any library: BE QUIET. The young children, but it is impressive how teens and adults often behave rude, despite the presence of people at the tables that they necessarily need to silence. It is in the library studying for that. Not counting those who come only to charge the mobile phone in suitable locations, talking loudly, making even video calls. Invite employees to enforce this basic rule.

  • If you want to study you have the wrong place. Bring headphones because there is a children's area (near the studio) that is not even divided by walls and then continually feel the kids scream and play. Oh well
