Perhaps more than the Palace would describe the mystical, disturbing. The monumentality of the work arouses conflicting feelings. There is in it a their piling of styles, a redundancy of elements, all blended harmoniously, which leave no room for uncertainty. It admires or hates. It is a Palace from "reading". The inqiuetudine that animates each of the two sides arranged to prora as a vessel not V dissolves with the progress of his height. The enormous putti near the loggia that runs beneath the roof, do not give any idea of transcendence, rooted in fact the entire building to the ground. Finally, down the Hall, seeing the stunning victory of Wildt that without a body, enlivened only by the momentum of its wings, it looks unintentionally celebrate vana and ephemeral joy for the victory in the great war.

Unexpected as magnificent. For those who love liberty this Palace is worth visiting. I appreciate everything from mosaics in the entrance, winged allaVittoria, the railings ... and everything else!!

Via Cappuccini, where once stood the Capuchin also spoke of Alessandro Manzoni in Promessi Sposi. in the heart of the so-called quadrilateral of silence ... This is a symbol of the late Gothic Palace in Milan. a mix of styles, from Austrian Gothic gargoyles to coloured tiles with Bay Windows of Queen Victoria to Wildt in town hall. There is so much to see that it is not possible to describe it all. If you follow the Palace, holding it on the right, arrived at the end of the road turn right and you will find another palazzo Berri Meregalli, less impressive but equally nice, with frescoed nudes rather strong.

  • Very interesting building, a bit out from the main touristic attractions in town, but the mixture of styles that this house has, makes it very peculiar.
  • One of the most beautiful examples of late Art Nouveau. Built as a medieval, is enriched with masks, branches and flowers. L entrance hall of entrance is striking for its neo-medieval narrative structure. At the bottom of a sculpted head of Wildt. A treat is watching letter N and nr 8 (street number) that you put in a wonderful era.
