  • Abbazia di Monlue-Abbey is close to Milan Linate airport. Because specially from town here still ride does not recommend. The Abbey was founded in the 12nd century, and now it is surrounded by a large Green Park, adjacent to the airport. When there was a village, but over time it just disappeared.

  • Abbazia di Monlue is a small Abbey, the church building itself is quite interesting, since it was built in the middle of the 13th century and, of course, is a historical monument. Although the current appearance of the monastery and its original version slightly varied, since the building has undergone several alterations.

  • The Abbey of Monluè is sandwiched between the Eastern Freeway, Linate airport and interporto but doesn't lose its solemnity. The thing that impressed me the most is the coffered ceiling with stars that reflect the image of the firmament. Also noteworthy is a beautiful statue of Sant'Antonio Abate with its piglet. The Church is in need of some renovation, the buildings of relevancy do not pay in good condition except the one hosting the community of people refugees. There is also a Grove in memory of woods that were formerly in the Po Valley.
