  • Lago di Ganzirri together with that of Faro (from channel Margi) are an integral part of the riserva naturale orientata Capo Peloro lagoon and are certainly the most beautiful of the area north of Messina. Strolling around the big lake is not hard to see the "mullet" jump out of the water or locate some papyrus plant along the banks. There are those who are training in canoeing or kayaking or who runs around. You can also view "cocciulari" in the practices of the mollusc farming area. During the winter, in addition to the now common mallards and cormorants, you can also see white swans and herons. One of the most spectacular views can be seen from the upper Lighthouse where you can aim the lakes and seas. Unfortunately there is no lack of cleanliness and affronting degradation mainly United although in recent times have installed cameras to monitor in order to preserve and protect the land, flora and fauna. An important step to fight a rampant incivility and protect a treasure that is in danger of losing their enormous value. A heritage to recover and valorise and be returned to nature. During the evenings of good weather the lake surface, flat turns into a veritable canvas on which the surrounding lights depict magically, through reflections, all the wonder of the landscape. Several restaurants that overlook the Lake and offer traditional dishes. The vote goes to the nature. Worth visiting.

  • The big Lake di ganzirri is a haven of peace where you can stroll around and admire its beautiful and enjoy the wildlife ... easy to see herons, ducks, but there is no shortage of surprises such as swans, flamingoes etc. At the beginning of the village you can buy mussels, clams, oysters and fresh fish, excellent eateries.

  • A very impressive place, unique in the world. Two natural salt lakes connected to the close by underground streams and by a single channel. Along the Lakes, in addition to be a dense vegetation, you can take a nice walk and pick a place to eat from a variety of restaurants in the area. Very romantic place and famous for the mussels.
