  • The castle is beautiful and is a must visit! Since the entrance is very characteristic, you can access inside through a small door. We did fix the stroller from the very beginning, in fact we left it down, next to the ticket office. So I don't recommend visiting people with mobility difficulties! For the rest I can tell you that the castle is maintained well and it is very nice, as you can see from the photos!

  • A visit to the Prince's Castle is recommended for tourists who have time available. Valuable frescoes. Didactic explanations present a little boring. Museum Tour low-tech and challenging.

  • Walking around Merano, all of a sudden you are in a small square with this little castle. You visit in 10 minutes but from the idea of what was supposed to be the life of those times. Within a beautiful parlour, tiled stove to heat the rooms. You pay 5 euros, but if you want you can also admire it from the outside.

  • Luogo molto amato per celebrare matrimoni civili
  • Little castle but with rooms, entirely lined with wood and furnished, warm and welcoming from the impact. Admission is inexpensive and well worth the visit. Convenient underground parking at 100 meters.

  • The castle is definitely something different than usual, showing a more "rustic" side of royalty. Without Guide, short textual descriptions give a little support, but probably do not do justice to the plethora of anecdotes regarding this residence that exudes history from every wall.

  • Small noble residence in the heart of Merano who define princely seems a bit overdone (I guess the poor Claudia de Medici locked inside here what he thought). However it is worth a visit for typical Tyrolean aspects and the remains of frescoes on the stairs of interesting topic

  • Small but cute Castle in the city centre. A wedding favor.
