The directions are very poor and it is impossible to find clearer information online as well. We turned to the point information about the Park and the entrance of the Sassi. Out of the park were helpful in describing the path to do. Unfortunately the signs along the road are nonexistent and if you want to go by yourself, you need to purchase a map with hiking trails main churches (fair price, 1 euro). At the entrance of the Sassi, the head of the information desk was rude and didn't say anything more, as if those who prefer not to pay is not entitled to anything. On tour with the guidance offered to the point of the Park (15 euros) you can not to lose and to see from inside 3 churches. We decided to buy the map and try it on your own. Result: after so many rounds in empty, we were able to visit only a portion of the entire Park, guided by the map, only to discover that the tour also included a third road, descending directly from the stones along a comfortable trail until you reach the river and the bridge. Recommended Visual rocks from the lookout at sunset, a unique spectacle. Shame about the churches virtually impossible to see inside because of vandals and accumulated dirt inside the numerous caves. Now that, with difficulty, we figured out how to orient ourselves, will be back to visit the rest of the churches. More accurate would be an organization for those who, like us, prefer a visit independently, especially considering the harshness of some paths, practically next to the dangerous gravina.show original
