  • This Park is worth a visit just for the beautiful view it offers on sassi di Matera, particularly impressive at night but equally enjoyable even during the day, you can easily reach by car and Park right on the belvedere, then get lost along the trails of the Park is best visited with a guide, from "book" in the information point

  • A nice park across a ravine from Matera. Great views of the town. trails lead to sassi as well. You can hike from town across a suspension bridge, but is is a difficult hike.
  • Beautiful city.
  • Impossible to go in Matera and not make this trail that will see a breathtaking view. I highly recommend you go with a guide, who will show you the Rock-Hewn Churches and guide you through the best trails. Go at sunset, indulged in Matera with the lights on is priceless!

  • Simply gorgeous, speechless. To see absolutely. I would recommend getting a guide to fully enjoy all the hidden corners of this city and appreciate the historical evolution cheessa suffered. I recommend Mr. Antonio Parikh at the Agency Abbasi travel via Ridola.
