  • Exceptional ANTHROPOLOGICAL and contemporary art venue, designed, built and donated to the community by the sculptor Antonio paradise. Located inside the Park of the Murgia Matera, in a very particular: a TUFF QUARRY, located on State road 7 Via Appia. This monumental SCULPTURE PARK includes works by the artist pugliese, reuse materials (coming from the remains of the Twin Towers in New York) and perfectly integrated with the surrounding environment. In addition, hosts temporary exhibitions and characterized by close contact with the territory, aimed at promoting local culture. Perfect for a walk through art, history and nature.

  • We walked past who knows how many times without ever stopping, but eventually we did. Beautiful and original sculptures in iron and not with references to the Great Zero. Nice car sculptures in stone.

  • Careers in the area of Matera challenge us by unusual operating traces and the rock color variations depending on the time of day. The site is extraordinary. Rusty steel sculptures fit into this career and at the same time contrast with the clarity of the rock. Very nice site, not to be missed

  • Very special park in unique location, too bad it's not owned by anyone, however also deserves a half an hour for some particular photo, a few minutes away you will find the view of "belvedere"
