  • Undoubtedly a beautiful castle that should be enhanced with more events from exhibitions to concerts, markets and of course the wine event that takes place every year

  • For professional reasons I happened more than once to go at the Castle Malaspina of Massa I must say that among the castles in the province of Massa Carrara thats bigger but alas that too worse held, the municipality structure that is trivial to the beautiful reserve symbol of glorious power to our territories since the beginning of 1000 b.c.. ... Between the years 80/90 had a large and careful restoration to no longer up to date. The interior furnishings are few because it says stolen over the years back but never redeemed to donate a decor worthy of the structure. The imposing structure perched on the Hill of the rock mass reigns over the city the Castle however is open most of the year and is managed by the Istituto Valorizzazione castles in the province of Massa Carrara ... ... The friendly and attentive staff at the chateau is I hope that be advertised more accurately because either way it deserves to be visited.

  • A wonderful place that has been left at "nettles" if they won't make speeches as soon as this huge Castle will collapse Also there is a minimal allowance for people with disabilities. I understand that we are inside an ancient castle but not allowing people with disabilities a small visit seems excessive in 2016

  • Very nice and impressive, thank you for the info and help local anecdotes. Apart from being a nice place to visit, remember that annually hosts the Spino Fiorito, a kind of celebration of wine which you can not miss!
