  • just minutes from Follonica found this aquarium really well run is not huge but you can spend a day really very interesting recommended

  • It was a visit prize of an aunt to his grandchildren. It was an interesting visit for everyone, young and old. We spent a pleasant afternoon both for visiting of fish tanks, both for the exterior of the dinosaurs. The overall impression is positive. There are interesting ideas to affect children at marine world. We also found that the structure houses students in internships for research on sharks, and that the latter (although in the imaginary evoke scary movie nightmares) are in danger of extinction. Thus causing damage to the entire marine ecosystem. And therefore to our beloved sea.

  • I visited the aquarium with a couple of friends with children; children enjoyed themselves both in the external area with dinosaurs, both in the Aquarium which I believe has some very interesting species (beautiful shark feeding); responsible, friendly and personable, has guided us throughout the tour and discovered that the venue is also the Italian research of Centro Studi sharks. Summing up , we went to visit the Aquarium mainly to entertain children, but eventually even we adults spent a beautiful day and I personally have learned many things that I didn't know about marine life. Highly recommended, well done!

  • The place is pretty cool. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. A lot of knowledge about sharks and the Mediterranean and some Paleontology to entertain the little ones with a solid floor of dinosaurs!

  • I think the judgment is clear but considering that this Aquarium which after all is a research study not funded from private sources so for those who have negative opinions must understand that give what Yes wants or commitment for the disabled etc ... ... comes at a cost. Finally Congrats to you marine world you do this take much knowledge who doesn't benifica of wisdom

  • I'm sorry but I have to put a star! Paid 8 euro and 50 to see number 4 fish ... nothing special. A disappointment

  • The Aquariums are all just over a meter in height, and there is no help for children, which should be kept for the whole visit. Of course the same is true for people with disabilities. They see something only adults standing. To make it a bit more unpleasant visit, obviously of low light, were installed at the ground of fake decorative branches and other obstacles that do not allow you to get close to pools, and make stumble visitors. Considering that the Aquarium is quite small, and that there are fish that are bought in the fish market, I think a focus on children-which are the only ones that the visit might be interested-it would have been necessary. The "Dinosaur Park" outside doesn't even deserve to be mentioned: is a small garden with a little plastic dinosaurs on a small scale.
