Baia delle Sirene, Massa Lubrense
(3.5/5 based on 170+ reviews on the web)
Tucked into a small cove, Baia delle Sirene offers remote and beautiful scenery in a beachside resort setting. The journey here may prove a little stressful, as drivers have to navigate a steep, narrow road. Once you've arrived, however, you'll have plenty of relaxation: rent a sun chair and umbrella, or put on your water shoes to explore the pebbled beach. Take a swim in the turquoise water, which is so clear it would be a shame not to use snorkeling gear, too. Note that there is a restaurant on site, but order in advance because the food can take some time to prepare. • The path, although bad, is worth the ride. The Bay is quiet, with a beautiful and the place has all infrastructure to spend a day with sun chairs and everything you need.

  • There are several paid and free beaches, volcanic black sand, pebbles or platform. Paid beaches are equipped with showers, toilets, snack-bars. The cost depends on the comfort and beach season, weekends, from 10 to 20 å double parking machines 8 e per day, parking is not. Walk to get far, coming back high in the mountain-advise to visit the beach only by car. Entrance to the water through a 1.5 m strip of large pebbles. The water is very clear, the beach is protected by high steep mountain. Here is the same small harbor for private motor boats. There is a hire of water catamarans (e 10 h), canoeing (?) and rents boats for a day (150). Working hours from 9.00 till 18.00 on the beaches. Comfort beaches appreciate how high.

  • Maybe not for smaller children, but great fun for the older children and adults. Cheaper than other beaches and with showers, toilets and snackbar.
