  • In the past, I have had the opportunity to visit the Villa several times, always fascinated by beautiful architecture and frescoes by Veronese. This time, however, the rudeness of the staff, which interrupted our guided tour for incoming visitors, alleged turnouts really disappointed us. We arrived on time, when, at 11, the gate was still closed. We purchased tickets and immediately started the visit for which we should have had 45 minutes of time. Instead, after less than half an hour, the ticket office, left unattended, so a large turnout was not likely, he "politely" asked to leave, while our guide had not finished the explanations. A hostile attitude that has given rise to discontent and some discussion. Attitude that reveals how not more interested in respect of visitors. I really think this for me, for my fellow passengers and our acquaintances is the last time that we approach this dwelling, rich in art, history and rudeness.

  • I had the pleasure of visiting this villa one afternoon in September. Lovely, would deserve 100 stars just for her beauty. Courteous staff, they even helped me move the wheelchair stairs, I thank them again. But come the downsides: the ticket price is high enough, whereas the rooms open to visitors are few (a good visit is made in 30/35 minutes), without even being able to visit the garden at the back. Handicapped my friend didn't pay (as required by law), whereas the undersigned accompanist and undergraduate paid 7 euro, instead of 9 euro standard (2 euro discount students). Assuming that with 7 euro a boggler, however it is still excessive and companion of a disabled boy it is good practice not to charge the companion species because the room open to visitors has neither an elevator (of course) or a stair lift so the wheelchair should be brought upstairs, so I doubt that a disabled person can visit alone. This is the rationale behind the gratuitità of the ticket for the escort.
