  • I agree with those who wrote that every comment is unnecessary. This place is a paradise for lovers of mozzarella and cream cheese. Mozzarella that is impossible to give an adjective, in all its forms: knots, braids, mozzarella, bocconcini ... rolled and topped with ham or tuna, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, etc. I tasted a mini caciottina sits in so much oil and Rosemary and I tasted just to find a mole at the dairy: what do you mean, extraordinary. The smoked mozzarella are a pleasant novelty alongside smoked scamorza and pastries of all shapes and sizes and many cheeses of different tastes. Extraordinary stracciatella. For a while they also make the yogurt (but I don't know how it is because I don't like yogurt!)

  • During our stay in Salento went to the dairy twice. We tasted the burrata cheese, mozzarella, smoked ricotta and burrata, braid. All very good and fresh. Also prices were affordable.

  • With my wife booked a tasting of the products of this small artisan dairy (milk processing takes place in the room itself, at the sight of customers), imagining little bits and bobs. But Angel doesn't think so, and so with the parade of fresh and smoked mozzarella, excellent soft ricotta, burrata, tomatoes to compose a caprese, cured cheeses, primo sale at varying degrees of maturity ... all of excellent quality, unforgettable flavors, even the bread that Angelo had gone to buy us in the neighbouring bakery was just beautiful yummy wheat and sourdough. With a bottle of Rosé Salento of Leverano and mineral water we spent 30 euros for two, we used abundantly by all specialties and at the end we brought home in a pan that we couldn't eat due to insufficiency of the stomach ... We were told that in the summer the dairy is frequently visited by tourists, and perhaps it is difficult to enter the turnover of customers, but out of season is a must-stop. You can of course watch the production of milk and cheese, always an interesting show.
