  • Not only wine, but also expertise, enthusiasm and passion. Get out of the car, you look around and after a few minutes, it becomes clear that for Eleanor and Fabio this activity is much more than simply producing good wine. The visitor asks a trust deed that is to leave aside the rush. The time of the visit will be bridged by Fabio with a detailed description of the vines and processes necessary to make a good wine from tradition and inspired innovation. Small family winery of excellent quality.

  • We stayed at this Winery on Sunday morning, and it was an awesome experience. We were looked after by Fabio, who is the owner, explained simply and competently the stages of the grape harvest and wine making as we showed his cellar. We passed then to the tasting of its fantastic wines, really yummy, and also of his oil just as good. Very pleasant experience especially because in the words of Fabio you feel the passion put into the production of these wonderful wines, which then found on the palate. Special mention for their amarone: STRATOSPHERIC! recommended! thank you. Serena and Raffaele

  • Passing through the Valley I asked for advice at the restaurant where I had stopped for lunch (Antica Osteria della Valpolicella) on where to buy wine, not being an expert. Visit to the winery with tasting of wines and olive oil. Thank you Fabio for the hospitality and are a pleasure to return.

  • Fabio & Eleanora provide a very welcoming experience to their winery. Eleanora give a full explanation in both Italian and English on the process of producing a high quality Amarone wine. They are young and full of energy to develop this age old process. Their wines are always available at Cherry House B&B in Polinago.

  • This winery has a really nice versatile production of Valpolicella wines: Amarone, Recioto, El Nane (my favorite), Passito, Ripasso & Classico. Visitors can purchase directly at the winery & key town of notifying arrival. Recommendation: Conversation in Italian.
