  • Dominating the square with the same name and in 1973 he became the last descendant of the Foundation. Now it is a Museum and it is interesting to visit because the rooms are fully furnished and they give a clear idea of how it was to be a noble mansion valance between the ' 700 and ' 800.

  • This Palace belonged to the family of arc, is an absolute wonder, today Foundation D'arco at the behest of Countess Joan of arc Cheppio Abel, Marchioness Guidi di Bagno, who died in 1973. Palace which can be visited with a guide, very good. The Palace features, paintings and ceramics, furniture, majolica served prints, musical instruments, books, ornithological exhibits etc. go you'll love it. Studied well hours to intersect with the Palazzo Ducale and palazzo Te.

  • Unique museum/palazzo.
  • A visit to Palazzo d'Arco was a welcome surprise, a step back in time ... It is completely furnished and preserved as it was at the end of the nineteenth century at the behest of the last heir of the family, who created a foundation for the management and administration of family wealth, so that everything remains as it was in the days of his youth. An act of great generosity and vision and one of the smarter ways, to perpetuate the memory of his name, making it accessible to everyone. A great example of how we should manage our most precious artistic heritage. The furniture is very nice and well kept and we were lucky because they are only for a few months, occasionally exposed the porcelains of the family collection. I hope you decide to make them a permanent fixture because being truly rare and perfectly preserved, adding a note of "experienced" the furniture and of course it's a shame not to enjoy. The Palace is only visit with guided tour (the tour lasts about an hour). The visit is interesting not only for the value and beauty of the furnishings and decorations but praise goes to the guide which made very interesting path causing it to appreciate in its best light. If you visit Mantua I won't lose because falls within the circuit of Mantova Card which I recommend you do because definitely cheap.
