  • Castello della Manta is a castle, revisited over the years by various families have inhabited. Managed by the FAI, who renovated and valorized, worth a visit for the beautiful frescoes and even, why not, the beautiful front lawn about to stop for a picnic or rest. Customized days are organized for children, with games, costumed characters and more fun and engaging. Even outside these organised activities, children are still treated with an eye to "live" the Castle and immerse them in its atmosphere. Interestingly, in the saloon at the first floor, the frescoed ceiling with a little mystery: it represented a globe where it appears South America and ... the coast of Antarctica. In a painting of 1500 when Antarctica did not know even existed! It is available free of charge an audioguide, and a small Guidebook.

  • Castello della Manta, where Waleran, baronial lounge is one of the most amazing houses testimonies of Gothic painting. Outside the castle there is a beautiful park with lawn and trees.

  • Nice Castle, Nice location, nice kitchen. I am glad it was donated to FAI as it appears written by the marble plaque at the entrance. Things that have left us a little like this: there is no access for the disabled or those with walking difficulties (I could not visit the rooms past the entrance, with difficulty I got to the entrance), the entry fee seems excessive, I find it inappropriate that the shop will sell items that have no connection to the Castle (type magnet with coat of arms of the Visconti and/or other products). I'm sorry but I think so, we have to learn yet very by the French who run many works of art "made in Italy".

  • An enchanted place, thanks to the FAI kept tidy and neat. A mandatory stop for those visiting the province of Cuneo.

  • To visit absolutely! Among other things is a stone's throw from the castle of Lagnasco and 40 minutes from the city of Alba Truffle.

  • Haunted Castle: good initiative for children, a visit for children with intelligent and genteel entertainment

  • doesn't seem like a big deal, but it amazed me since we are talking about a castle say "2" since the large one is approximately in the Centre of Saluzzo. Piccolino, 1400-1500 in the room. I recommend it with flying colors. PS donot a souvenir shop that does pretty much from stationery!

  • Interesting historical recovery: original frescoes in the subject fantastic and common aspiration.
