  • An exceptional place well worth a visit. My husband and I went there with our friends John and Gregory who is also the head of the site. Gregory really passionately showed us every place explaining the various historical events. Nice on the little church of San Pietro Mandurino Plinian Source but with its frescoes is indescribable beauty!!! Beautiful website that anyone who is on vacation in Salento should definitely visit!

  • I haven't been able to do the full tour but ... not to be missed. I would even say thrilling visit to Plinian. Source. Thanks to Angela Greco who explained everything with love and sympathy

  • Visit this site three Millennium history was one of the principal reasons than mine. The site was closed but by telephone it was possible to organize a guided tour. The guide was an archaeologist who is part of a group of volunteers. I think archaeological sites are a unique heritage of our country's history and deserve different investments. However the visit was interesting and having regard to the dating of archaeological remains it would make little sense to look without explanation. The messapica as the Etruscans are the most famous and mysterious civilization Pre Romanesque, it is fascinating to find out more.
