  • Who is not skilled, should rather not completely down run. I am sporty but even after two days, I'm still sore muscles. It goes very very steeply down most of the time and you have some bad stop on the big stones. You need to walk about 4 hours the Monte Baldo to Malcesine. From the central station, it is recommended to run down. Otherwise it is a wonderful day trip. Dogs are allowed in the gondola, however they must wear a muzzle from a certain size (lending fee €10). Our dog is small, since the bag was enough.
