  • I really wanted to do this as I was unable to ski this year. I was planning a trip with the children in the evening and hoped to do a 2 day course of sledding. I emailed three times but no response. O...  read more »
  • I gave the baptism of sleddog to my boyfriend, being both great lovers of nature and animals. At the time of booking, then, I convinced myself to add a visit to WinterFarm, adjacent to the area where are dogs for dog sledding, for both. Given that the gentlemen of the task they were very helpful to us to extend the maturity of our good (last year for problems off it was impossible to go and this year's lack of snow did the rest) ... everything else I was disappointed: 1) in the good I had was written (and is what I paid): baptism of dog sledding for someone, shoot, snack, visit to winter farm for 2 people. Leaving aside the lack of snack (at an alpine chalet in concession by the city there is electricity neither methane nor furniture ... and when we were there it was been blocked even the water supply. and under these conditions I understand that it is difficult to offer something, but then don't write things that never come true!), but there was not even any hint or sign of camera and photographer. The winterfarm was virtually empty of all animals because precisely in the days before there had been problems of water supply, so we saw-and with difficulty, because you can not enter even in the stables for safety reasons-just a knife and a Scottish cow ... Maybe it would be nice to warn you of this situation since we came from afar just to exploit our good. Only thing really fun is sleddog (at least according to my boyfriend who did): dogs are eager to pull the sleigh and the atmosphere is magical. 2) continuing references to the fact that this winter season had been sparing of snow and then had made their pockets emptier than ever I was a bit annoyed ... I just felt that, given the tremendous time-day it snowed that day more than in the whole winter;), the owners were there with us and with the other guys, right to duty and money rather than for genuine passion, although I very much hope that it is just an impression! 3) the hut is in a beautiful place, in the middle of the forest, and takes about 40 minutes to get there on foot in the snow-if you're with the little ones, consider that you are taking a snowmobile (extra). but to get there we must take a path not really easy to find, considering that the task is not advertised in any way. In short, overall the idea in my opinion is very nice, but a little too good. considered the prices not exactly cheap. With a little work, accuracy and quality of the offered services can become something really pretty!

  • one thing to do in Madonna di Campiglio. Unique, expensive, but well worth the money. The dogs are beautiful and extremely affectionate, you see that they are well treated. Cute even Scottish cows and llamas. Not to be missed
