  • Very interesting though little visited, step back in time to the origins of Lucera with finds from excavations in the suburbs and in the city

  • The Museum is immaculately maintained and the exhibits therein preserved transport you directly in the past. From its Windows you can also admire the beautiful Moorish towers of the times of Frederick II of Swabia. Residents do not pay admission, while for non-residents the figure is really negligible (3 €). When you say that culture must be for everyone. Highly recommended.

  • The place is not well indicated. But when it comes, is absolutely amazing. Maybe because we were alone, we got a tour led by a passionate guide who spoke to us in English. Humor, details, attention. .. It was he who advised us to visit the other two sites (Castle and Amphitheater) with bundled so tickets cheaper. .. 6 euros instead of 9, which allows everyone to be able to have access to culture. I would recommend this tour before the other two because the Museum helps to understand the history of the city so illuminates the other sites.
