  • Lucca has always been synonymous with comic book. So, when I came to this city, my first thought was to be able to visit the famous Museum of comics and image. Consult the internet site and know that it is updated as of 2014 (brings back a new opening in force since 1/6/2014). I think we're the usual Italian, we open a website and do not update. However, given the hours of aperturs, aware that can be changed over time, arrived in front of the Museum a sad surprise. Gate completely closed. An a4 sheet of paper stuck on shows the words "Museum closed for renovation". You can't imagine the disappointment. The capital of comics, having premises maintenance and restoration, isn't it a temporary and alternative locations? The only solution is to close the Museum to the detriment of the many tourists who come for this attraction? But more importantly, what does it take to warn tourists, to write it to the website (and maybe keep it updated)?

  • The unusual decision was taken by the city administration in the year 2014. Opened in a former barracks Museum of comics and fantastic monsters. It's on the square. The novel, opposite the former ancient monastery with the Church itself. Immediately clear-people with a sense of humor. Now there's "devilish" Exposition begins to accumulate and grow. Plan in addition to the delight of tourists to use for educational purposes. On the fan and it is better not to waste time. Best regards, Oleg

  • I reached hopeful and proved to be a disappointment. Small, poorly stocked and abandoned. I had to sbracciarmi to be noted by one staff member, who was not at the entrance. A macabre tour in a decaying building.
