Santuario Della Santa Casa, Loreto
(4.8/5 based on 1,300+ reviews on the web)
In the heart of an intricate basilica and allegedly the birthplace of Mary, Santuario Della Santa Casa features simple brick construction and decorative artwork. You can appreciate the effort involved in moving this structure by sea from Nazareth in Israel. Once here, it was modified into its current form. Examine ancient graffiti carved into the walls by contemporary residents of the Holy Land. Book ahead if you'd like a guided tour. • I was fascinated with every detail of the Basilica. Beautiful the Church inside and all the frescoes and sculptures in relief of the altar.

  • The Holy House created in the centuries around a set of religious initiatives, the influx of pilgrims and a series of economic, commercial and social impact initiatives. Personally I had a good day, surrounded by crowds of devout Catholics, members of the air force (from those retiring to young cadets, the Madonna of Loreto is the patron saint of airpower) thanks to a beautiful Sun magic. By returning to spring!

  • Basilica beautiful artistically, on inside the Holy House for those who believe a place very important and very full of meaning. Stay in there to pray in front of the Madonna is something beautiful and indescribable.
