  • The new fortress is not well kept, indeed; However, a visit is not exploited for Tourism deserves especially for upper Park where you have great views over The Venice neighborhood, on Piazza della Repubblica, the Marshes. It takes sunny and want to venture so rialssato.

  • Nice place to stroll in the gardens and has a beautiful panoramic view of the city. It would be interesting to renovate and open to the public also currently closed.

  • Standing for over four centuries, the new fortress is the younger sister of the old fortress. Today should be a public park returned to the city, if only it were kept better. It stands amid a large body of water and is connected to the city by a small bridge and some piers, ugly. The wall has a complex shape, with all the typical elements of the military architecture of the time. Very impressive and interesting. Give 3 points for the degradation that catches the eye. Too bad, would have lots of potential

  • Exciting place with shade, and a lot to see with a nice view from the wall. The place could use some restoration.
  • Rough place and dirty, full of graffiti and scribblings all over the place. Sad that people can't respect these historical places.
  • Walking the ancient Channels, ending up at this fort in the middle of town - loved it.
  • Nothing there, dirty and gross. Perhaps different when the festivals going on...
  • The place would be nice too, but ruined by tourists and residents. Graffiti and writings on the walls, dirt on the floor, kids who skip school ... Loved that the entrance is free, but still a guard should be hired.
