  • Sunday 30 October I spent a pleasant day in the cellar don Saro, with my friends. We enjoyed a great wine and the whole thing was accompanied by an excellent typical Sicilian lunch. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to spend a different day full of good food and good wine.

  • Requesting information over the telephone on the tasting we had proposed two solutions, lunch (can't remember the price) or a tasting of 3 wines with little nibbles and costs 8 euro. We opted for the second solution given the hectic schedule with more wineries ... To accompany us was Don Saro in person, amiable and fun with an interesting story to tell. We did try everything ... given the interest shown by us ... and in the end ... of wines we tasted more than 8 ... it was a pleasure to be their guests.

  • I visited the vineyard during the excursion on the Etna along with Etnaexperience-Tour & Tasting. Under the "test" they offered us three wines under appropriate snacks. Wine, really wonderful, unfortunately, I am not an expert, I can't name the components of "bouquet", but I'm sure in a long pleasant aftertaste: just curiosity makes jump from one fault to another. Bought a couple of bottles of home (white Ante and Respiro)-no almost disappointed. Many thanks to the organizers of the tour and the owner of the vineyard Don Saro.
