Prada and Gucci are better organized that before to avoid that the small number of European tourists are literally drowning under the hordes of Asian tourists brought by bus from Florence. There are crates separated now because of the wait due to the tax refund and the sellers are always trying to come to us. By cons big disappointment at ferragamo who year after year to less and less interesting shoes and not too old collections. To make a time to have fun

I thought it best to the shops of the same marks in Serravale Outlet. Dolce Gabanna has a next store in manufactures but also was shorn. The prices are very attractive, especially for the male marks. You lose a lot of time, especially if the brand you are looking for have a line at the door. Take your Passport for the return of the VAT but forget to measure the return on own mall. They pay you in cash, charge a very high rate and you still have to go through the Duane at the airport to stamp papers. Ask the TAX FREE in stores but go straight to the airport. Don't waste your time there

I see a lot of negative comments about the brand, outlet, pricing and status on articles ... Step one: is a LUXURY BRAND so prices may be discounted are however not to the pockets of all; Step 2: for items not often found great choices first because it depends on the time when you go (if you go with the balances is obvious not finding much since there is the assault and ends in a few days the vast majority of things) then if you tell me that "Barberino or porta romana" are often more brands, well most likely you did not understand the meaning and quality of this outlet , I don't expect you to understand the simplicity and quality product! So I'll stop! Step three: the status of outlet ... mess around? It's clean, nice and especially organized! Of course it still lacks some forethought but complain of fountains dirty (I've never seen a clean) is really exaggerated. Point 4: salesmen mistreat foreigners for a simple fact: all the Chinese you see are in this outlet to buy 1 piece of everything, take him to China and copy it! They are rude and do not respect the file! Point 5: dispersive? Guys is not a mall! Are pavilions, beautiful pavilions, distant from each other a few minutes if not seconds walk!! It's like walking around town in main shopping area! As for me, I love this place, I go there several times a year and are proud to have in Italy a "Citadel" luxury shopping! As far as you are concerned, why don't you stop complaining of superficiality?
High end luxury mall that is a lot of fun to visit and pretend you are rich and famous! There are a few cafes to rehydrate and refresh yourself on the way. The Mall bus from Florence costs €5 and worth the trip! The Nike store has great shoe options for kids and discounted mainstream shoes for about 1/2 price. That way you can leave with something without breaking the bank !
Good choice of suits at Hugo Boss at a very low price (~500€). No new series at Gucci or Prada but products are cheaper than in city. I advise to park under the Nike store which has an underground parking lot. There are lifts in every building so it's easy to take the baby stroller with you. Sun hits hard so careful with baby.
Awesome premium outlet mall. Must visit if you are into luxury branded goods like handbags and shoes. The large Prada and Gucci stores were the most popular and when busy had queues at the doors.
If you are looking for the real stuff and designer quality, don't waste your time. I asked a salesperson at Armani if it is the real stuff because I know the brand and materials well and it seemed suspicious. Poor finishing, low quality materials, pretty disappointing. Obviously brands make cheap stuff for the mall and put their label on it to make money. However if you know what the real stores have, you will see the difference right away. A sad reality of big companies trying to make money and sacrificing what their original values of craftsmanship and quality. :-(
Can be crowded but there are many small outlets here to check out. The Gucci outlet is among the largest, as is the Prada (tho the Space outlet is better). It's a lot to really and there isn't a central parking area so you either have to move the car or walk quite a bit if you want to cover everything. Food options are limited, just a few places, the the Gucci Cafe is awesome.
