  • We had a lovely tour of this multilevel House that allows you to see various historical settings. I don't know to what extent the testimonies narrated are real but, focusing on recent history, it is a path for sure interesting to do.

  • A beautiful Museum. A lot of interesting things, we have not regretted, for stopping by here for an hour or so. Basically, everything here is about the history of the city.

  • This is not just a Museum, but a private home in which foundations have emerged some remains of environments from different historical periods. As it would happen in most homes in the neighborhood. The family owned the House, they are really very nice and helpful. Note questioned the choice to rebuild parts of pseudo medieval style house arbitrarily, and the result is really questionable. What about the cost of the visit is really symbolic, kindness is at home, then a round for some treats cute it may be worth

  • "Whenever you dig a hole, centuries of history come out". This is a really interesting place to visit and something different to the many churches and cathedrals that this area boasts.
  • Very interesting place where history comes alive. The family that discovered the house guides very lively!
  • I got to admire, almost by accident, the "Museo FAGGIANO" in its entirety, within walking distance of the Centre of Lecce, in via Ascanio GRANDI. This archaeological site contains evidence of life in a distance of approximately 2000 years; and to think that all this is due to a private citizen seeking to renovate their home. Certainly the visit, goes far beyond the admission price established in as little as 3 (three) Euro, eti does admire, firsthand what was the quality of life in the distant past. Sure, does reflect that nonostantesia was celebrated by the influential New York Times, which published a full page service broke the news to the whole world to know of its existence, we must resort to Word of mouth. There is, in fact, have been inserted in the circuit of "things to see" ... ... seems to be snubbed by the institutions. We should find ways to make it equal to other structures and spread his location, as it is certainly worth a visit.
