  • The façade of the Church of St. Matthew is majestic and beautiful, a real spectacle. What there is inside then it is almost at the same level. A small curiosity: going in, I met an elderly lady (a kind of "guardian" of the place, if you pass me the term) who asked me an offer for the poor. I left my mite with pleasure and I wished him a good day. I recommend: If you go, you do the same!

  • Little gem of Lecce Baroque site near porta San Biagio. The façade is very particular with the lower concave and convex while the upper inside an elliptical plan where you can admire the statues of the Apostles and a seventeenth-century altar. Absolutely worth visiting.

  • Little gem of Baroque architecture, perhaps represented the essence of Baroque. Concave-convex façade of Borromini's influence within ellittico where you can admire the statues of the Apostles and a seventeenth-century altar of the highest quality. A masterpiece!
