  • We stayed in this House in September we made use of the heated pool fantastic experience because it was all to ourselves! The owners really welcoming and approachable as if they were family! Substantial extra dishes and hearty Oaks appetizer and the amatriciana original made as is done! We would highly recommend

  • We went taking a coupon for spa; located in the middle of nature, the ideal place to unwind from the usual routine. Friendly and helpful staff. Have only unisex dressing rooms with showers and boxes for storing personal items. Medium-large heated pool (although the button, turning it on is very faint and anything but pink!), it is compulsory to headphones. The showers are the gem of Central, basic but very pleasant. There is a relaxation area where you can sip a herbal tea or tea in choice. Pleasant sauna, shame about the Turkish dead! A beautiful recommended experience especially in the middle of the week when there is low turnout!

  • Nice and cozy, submerged by nature. The staf is amazing and the spa is divine! Plus there's a cute dog *-*
  • Very nice place to stay!!
  • Very rude owner, bad food, black market business The owner - Juliana is extremely rude. Invent house rules on the spot and remind you all the time that you are a guest in "HER" house - something like "take it or leave it" after I had already paid. Her attitude has nothing to do with this business that is generically named " hospitality industry". The food is advertised "bio" but the reality is more closed with the concept "minimalism" (very simple and with a fading taste - the worst food that I had in Italy in the last 10 years - I had at least 15 trips in Italy.) When I asked some questions Juliana commented in Italian " that we are stupid to have that questions". Another not-appropiate comment was: "if we don't like we can skip her house next time" I was attenting a paid in advance workshop so somehow I was forced to stay and endure this situation. The WIFI is working at 20% of the time and very bad. Last but not least it's a black market business -we didn't received an invoice or any paper related with our spendings there. There are some good points: location, the views and the sentiment that somehow you are completely out of the day-to-day urban world. It's such a pity that a nice place is ruled by a very rude person !!! My advice: don't book here if you want peace of mind!
  • I truly hope this my review to let people know this place because in fact if you don't know where to go, can't find it! What strikes definitely more on arrival is the location ... this amazing place where there is a SPA, a restaurant, a farm, make receptions, parties and so on and so forth who is lost in a limbo of nulla...in land in and around Morlupo ... or Capena ... in the middle ground between the two that it appears to be a Tolkien novel! But it is here the beauty ... Let me explain. After parking the car on top of a Silent Hill we are discreet entrance via tags engraved on raw wood tells you the way to follow to gain access to the various activities of the place. We headed to the restaurant that has an indoor and an outdoor courtyard bright blanket all in wood and stone, and we settle into the latter. We ask the very nice property-meriera (the mythological and highly successful crossover between the owner and the maid that is dear to us in carrying family members) to give us information on the menu and what's on the House. In an impeccable Eastern European accent stained Italian Slovenian thread (I say this only because I know that is native to those parts and not because I know actually recognize these nuances) which is not bad at all on his person, is an expert in the culinary field (better than us on Gauthier and amatriciana!) as well as a pleasant person, jovial, who likes the conviviality and knows mainly do very well on his craft. The first-mentioned great (and 1/2 2 servings), the portions "megalithic" (half portion pasta with tomato and Basil for my 2 years old daughter is 80 grams of pasta!) grilled meat (2 servings) as the second great (almost all pork and chicken production in quantity fainthearted and perfect cooking), organic sweet red wine (1/2 litre) , relax by the pool (unfortunately closed given the season) with bitter offered in the garden overlooking the hills and vineyards and €60. I was so amazed that at the end when the owner asked us if he could offer us a coffee I answered "you have already offered hospitality, friendliness and practically continuous pranzo...se so now we live here with you!" Yes I have dwelt but it was worth it to give everyone a taste and to make aptly honor at this place.

  • The Colle delle Querce it feels at home! The hospitality of the staff and the atmosphere of serenity are the figure that accompanies guests throughout their stay. A few kilometers from the chaos that reigns in Rome, Colle delle Querce is a happy choice for spending a little time in sana harmony. It features a spa area with a heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, emotional showers with relaxation area; certainly not immense as to spaces, but also very attractive and functional for rigenenrarsi! La cucina del Colle, then, is a real hymn to authenticity! Traditional pasta amatriciana and Roman are the masters, but deserve to be savoured the entrees with local meats and cheeses, meat dishes and homemade cakes and ice cream. All (or most) is the work of the staff of hill that prepares the dishes to the principle of zero distance!! Worthy of all praise for kindness and friendliness of the staff!
