  • Fort Belvedere is a fascinating place to visit. I bought the ticket with guided tour (€8, no €6 Guide) in about an hour. The information given and visiting some parts of the Fort have impressed me a lot because I was thinking about how he could be the lives of about 200 Austrian soldiers during the great war. It is one thing to study the books, it is one thing to live there. The Fort has 2 floors and a series of underground tunnels. Low and narrow corridors, high humidity, but a truly formative. Interesting kitchen, bathrooms, the rooms where soldiers slept, but at the same time appalling living conditions. During Fascism the Fort was stripped of all iron parts which were used to fuse them and making new weapons. The restoration a few years ago is perfect and allows us to enjoy and learn about the history of these places. Definitely worth a visit. The views of the mountains of Trentino that can be seen are gorgeous.

  • A historical site and evocative, interesting and distressing sights ... but at the same time, whatever the cost. The restoration enhances without distorting it, indeed makes it even more believable. The thematic route leads the visitor, and provides a glimpse of history, in addition to knowledge of military architecture which extends inside the top mount. Agile the walk from the parking lot at the Fort, all on paved road.

  • The visit to the Fort is very interesting and impressive especially for someone who is fond of the first world war, virtual media and allow you to feel even better in what life was like inside the Fort, definitely would recommend but better bring a sweatshirt because the dungeons are cold and wet. However the visit would be more complete with the help of a guide which unfortunately is not possible if not for a minimum of 20 participants.
