  • Remove the salt and try. They do it a unique Increíble way. Having salt in ham makes all easier but these guys remove it!!!
  • For the third time in a row we went to this pig Paradise! If you have the Navigator takes you there right in front of the gate, the car you can park at 30 meters in a small square. Need book as places species in summer, are limited. The new management a few months ago, it's not even a distant relative of the former is as aspect of Hall with tables well set and order everywhere as both composition of boards not that ' product quality! Obviously who presides over these activities can't be always present in every Museum of food and therefore it is very important to communicate your feedback any dissatisfaction or compliments as in our case. We ordered some cold cuts to 22 euros each and we can ensure that original culatello prosciutto or salami than to slice large oval as here, we never ate! the Cup was heavenly ... and if accompanied with a good lambrusco cool, you are in paradise! Then if you have a niche, ordered a plate of ravioli of pumpkin and you did bingo! Worth coming at least once in this place! Do you think we come all the way from Turin every year! Good. P.s. If you have dogs don't come, are not allowed in the restaurant.

  • Quick lunch, nothing fancy. Good ham, sandwich two slices of bread and 1 pound of raw hyper real ... Good tasting water lambrusco and tortelli, 24 and 36 months raw platter. 2 adults and 2 children 30 € quick lunch before visiting the Museum.

  • A nice afternoon out, it's very small, but the prices match the size so it's ok. Interesting to learn about the history of the ham.
  • Our visit today lasted 30 seconds we just threw out 16 euros in 4 people ... We got convinced that you could do some tasting and see the hams like to believe the site ... Instead they are just billboards with the story of ham you can very well read on the internet! We haven't even shot we entered is exited and they didn't refund the ticket to the misunderstanding caused by their site misleading! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

  • Small museum and made with boards on how to make ham and some tool at a glance. Could be good if accompanied by a visit to a real production. I was a little disappointed. Too trivial.
